Registration with Ministry of Health Malaysia

All lenses are retail contact lenses registered with the Ministry Of Health Malaysia.

Exchange Procedure

If the lenses are uncomfortable within three days of receiving them, you can exchange them. You need to return both lenses at your own cost (non-refundable). Upon receiving the lenses, we will check if they are faulty and replace them within seven working days. We do not accept if you return because you dislike the colour or accidentally dropped the lenses.

Usage Guidelines

Do not wear lenses during sleep. Wash your lenses with lens solution and store them properly in a lens case. Even if you don’t wear them daily, clean them frequently to prevent drying up in storage.
